They say real estate is all about location. Apparently, that applies to where you hang your license, too.

If you’ve been following along lately, you may have noticed a few easter eggs. That’s because I’ve been up to something behind the scenes, and I’m excited to finally share it.

After giving it some thought, I decided it was time to make a move of my own. I didn’t want to reinvent myself or change the way I do business. I wanted to be somewhere that felt like a better fit for the communities I love serving.

I’ve joined Julian Realty, and I truly believe this is a great thing for our mountain communities.

Julian Realty is a team that already knows how unique our markets are. Things like days on market and price points can look completely different up here than they do down the hill, and that local knowledge matters.

My team leader, Tiffany Bagalini, brings a deep understanding of niche markets. Because of her experience, I’m now part of a team that is well versed in land and rural properties and all the nuances that come with them. Wells, septic, easements, access, zoning, and fire risk can make or break a mountain property, and I now get to draw on that collective knowledge to better serve you.

Nothing changes about who I am or how I work. I’m still right here in Descanso, and I can still help you anywhere in San Diego County. If you’re ever looking in an area outside my wheelhouse, I can refer you to someone who knows it just as well.

Julian has always had a piece of my heart, so you’ll be seeing more homes for sale in that quaint little town. You’ll also keep seeing lots of helpful information for all of us, from wells and septic to fire insurance and everything in between.
